The development of an organization or place will be reflected in the leadership style of previous generations. They have successfully implemented the launched programs and projects for the barangay by serving with concern. The Gabaldon building was built where the current school is located. The said land was donated by Mr. Almario Tenorio, a prophetario with vast land. The land he granted has a size of 7,165 square meters. It was established in 1936. By the sixties, the barangay chief Captain Francisco De Silva and the then maestro Pastor Perez agreed to walk in the upper Department of Education to have a fifth grade. They recruited children who wanted to finish up to the sixth grade. They did not fail. Mr. Pastor Perez who was a teacher at Barangay Rizal Elementary School was transferred to Mabini Elementary School. Adriano L. Flores also helped our school a lot as a PTA President for 15 years. He took the lead to enlarge the small stage. There are also some scholars who graduated with his help who are now one of the successful engineers of our Barangay.

Captain Adriano Icaro during his tenure in 1987-1997 was able to build the old barangay hall and posos.
During the tenure of Captain Antonio Mosca from 1997-2002, the basketball court, tennis court and waiting shed were built. It was continued by Captain Romeo Wergas then 2002-2007.
Captain Silvestre Tenorio in 2011-2013 he built the new barangay hall, farm to market road in Purok 7, poso, and street lights.
Captain Antonio Lagurin year 2013-2018 is renovation of the barangay hall, street lights, farm to market road 2, foot bridge in ward 8.
Captain Reynaldo Icaro since 2018 until now what he has contributed to the barangay is the renovation of the barangay hall, farm to market road, covered canal, rehabilitation of street lights and VAWC Building.
The barangay can truly be proud of the unity, cooperation and heroism of the people in this barangay. Also included are the culture, occupation, topography and others.
